1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the u888ph platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the u888ph website or services.

1.2 By creating a u888ph account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the u888ph platform.

1.3 u888ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the u888ph platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the u888ph platform. This requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. u888ph strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The u888ph platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of u888ph complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. u888ph does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

2.4 Verification. u888ph may require you to provide government-issued identification and other documentation to verify your age, identity, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the u888ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your u888ph account. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. u888ph is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your u888ph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify u888ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Personal Use Only. Your u888ph account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers or access the platform.

3.5 Account Ownership. u888ph accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. u888ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. Deposits using credit cards for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the u888ph platform.

4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the u888ph cashier page and may be updated from time to time. u888ph reserves the right to adjust transaction limits without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. u888ph aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

4.5 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your u888ph account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. u888ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. u888ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been dormant for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 u888ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. u888ph reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if abuse or circumvention is detected.

5.4 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

5.5 u888ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Each game available on the u888ph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 Random Number Generators. All non-live games on u888ph use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers using physical equipment subject to independent oversight.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, u888ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. u888ph is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with u888ph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. u888ph's decision on disputed game results, made in good faith after review of available records, shall be final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u888ph platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to u888ph immediately;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false identity claims, or misrepresentation of eligibility;
• Using the u888ph platform for any money laundering or other unlawful financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing u888ph staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

7.2 u888ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void all associated wagers and winnings. u888ph may also report such conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 u888ph provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the u888ph platform may request self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting u888ph support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, u888ph will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 u888ph reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your u888ph account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, all pending bonuses and associated wagering requirements are forfeited. Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the u888ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of u888ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the u888ph platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any u888ph content without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u888ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the u888ph platform.

11.2 u888ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the u888ph platform at your own risk.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit u888ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data

12.1 u888ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using u888ph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 u888ph implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

13 Amendments

13.1 u888ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a notice on the u888ph platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the u888ph platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.

14 Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through u888ph's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
